Fishing Trips 2012
After last year's extremely successful trip, Simon is going back to the Dean River in BC this summer.
This time he is targeting the huge and mighty, tide-fresh Chinooks (King Salmon) that haunt the lower river stretches. These monsters fight like no other freshwater fish and will destroy many an angler's gear. Plenty of fish in excess of 30lbs are caught and several over 50lbs are hooked each year.
Simon's trip starts on the 22nd June 2012 and is based out of the fabulous Blackwells Lodge, right on the Dean channel.
An added bonus for the 5 other guests at the lodge is the guiding service and company, of well-known steelhead legend, April Vokey. At the time of writing this, there is one single space available on this trip, and anyone interested should contact us. The price for a full week, with everything included is $6,150.
